If you don't know some of the information, don't worry about it! Just fill in as much information as you know.
For the movie name and screening location, we're using autocomplete, so just start typing the beginning of what you want to put it and then select it from the list. Don't see it in the lists that pop down? Then let us know in the "Special Instructions" section...Thanks!
